UNISA BRAND AND REPUTATION INDEX SURVEY, 2025

 

Dear Sir/Madam

Since 2016, the University of South Africa (Unisa) has been conducting a brand and reputation study among key stakeholders affiliated to the university. Based on the importance and strategic value gained from past studies, Unisa has decided to repeat the study in 2025.  As in the past, the study outcomes will guide Unisa to identity potential opportunities, strengths, weaknesses and threats which will guide future brand and marketing strategies aimed at enhancing Unisa’s brand reputation and its product and service positioning.

To facilitate the data collection process, Unisa commissioned the Bureau of Market Research (Pty) Ltd (BMR) to conduct the 2025 Unisa Brand and Reputation survey. Accordingly, you are invited to participate in the 2025 survey, which will take approximately 15 minutes to complete. Please be assured that all information provided will be used for research purposes only and that any personal information will be de-identified and anonymised during the data analysis process. The data will be analysed in combination with other data subjects’ inputs which will be used to compile a research report with recommendations resulting from the survey.
